Continue your cross-country collecting journey with the No. 2 coin in the Canadian National Parks series, which captures the breathtaking wilderness of Kluane National Park and Preserve in the southwestern Yukon.
Known in the Southern Tutchon language as Dań Keyǐ - Land of the People, this region has been home to the Dań/Lidu tribe for thousands of years, whose lives are deeply connected to the land. This protected area is characterised by towering peaks and extensive ice fields. It is home to 17 of Canada's 20 highest mountains - including the country's highest mountain, Mount Logan - as well as the largest non-polar ice fields on Earth.
This 2026 issue captures the breathtaking expanse and northern grandeur of the park and celebrates one of the most dramatic landscapes and areas of highest biodiversity in Canada. As with the other issues in this series, the reverse design incorporates Parks Canada's distinctive red chairs, inviting you to pause, reflect and enjoy the view through subtly engraved and selectively coloured silver artwork.
