More info

Ingots weighing 1g of pure gold are minted and usually sealed in foil. With us you will receive 1 gram gold bars from the manufacturer Umicore in a blister card with certificate and serial number, cheap new goods. The packaging not only looks attractive and is particularly stable with two welded seams, it is also made of eco-friendly PET plastic. The premium for the pure metal value of 1g bars is higher than larger units due to the percentage of production costs. 1g bars are unsuitable for larger gold investments, but are welcome as gift bars and "small change or barter" in times of crisis. In addition to gold, the company has produced and sold many other precious metals for over 170 years. These are recovered from, amongst other things, electronic waste at the Group's own recycling plant in Hoboken, Belgium, and returned to the cycle in an environmentally friendly way. Umicore gold ingots have always represented a safe investment combined with tradition and responsibility for the future. Umicore gold bars are now available in sizes from 1g to 100g in attractive packaging with a certificate of authenticity and security feature. The certificate makes it even easier for buyers and investors to determine that it is genuine Umicore gold. Further security is provided not only by the stable, transparent packaging that protects the bars from external influences, but also by the hologram as an optical security feature to ensure protection against counterfeiting. Of course, Umicore precious metal bars also meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability, and have therefore been awarded the most important industry-specific certifications such as "LBMA Good Delivery Status" and "Responsible Jewellery Council" certification.
