This beautiful one ounce silver coin is the first Chibi coin in the Fantastic Beasts series and depicts Scamander the newt( Newt Scamanderin the original English , full name Newton Artemis Fido Scamander). Mlok Scamander is a character from the book and film series set in the world of Harry Potter. He is the main character of the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He also wrote the book of the same name, which is one of Hogwarts' textbooks during the Harry Potter era. He is a magizoologist, so he studies magical animals. He became a very famous figure in the wizarding world at the time. In the movie, you can notice his yellow and black scarf, which reveals that he belonged to Hogwarts while he was studying at Hogwarts.
The coin is in the shape of Scamander the Gnome and is sold in a gift box with a certificate.
The reverse of the coin depicts Mlok Scamander in the art style of Chibi, a specific style of cartooning originating in Japan where characters are drawn exaggeratedly, often with huge heads and small bodies.
